Q:  How long does it take for product delivery?

A:  For U.S. orders, free shipping takes around 3 weeks.  An expedited option is available which takes around 7-10 business days.  Please note there is an additional 3 days processing time.

Q:  How do I check my order status?

A:  Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking number.  If you have trouble with tracking, please email us at help@elenahandbags.com

Q:  Where are your products made?

A:  Our products are made in China.

Q:  Are your products handmade?

A:  Our crochet handbags are hand woven with cotton yarn, the inner lining is machine processed.

Q:  Are your leather bags made with real leather?

A:  No, most leather products are made with high quality synthetic leather unless stated otherwise in title and description with "genuine leather" designation.

Q:  Do you offer free shipping and free returns?

A:  We offer free shipping in the U.S. but unfortunately we cannot offer free returns.  You will need to pay return shipping.
