How long does it take for product delivery?
Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. In-stock orders are processed in 2 business days and typically deliver in 3–5 business days after shipment. Backorders take about 2–3 weeks. For shipping rates and estimates for other destinations, see our Shipping Policy. Expedited shipping is not available.
How do I check my order status?

Are your products handmade?
Our crochet and straw bags are handmade. Stitching on components such as straps and linings is machine-sewn.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for all products within 14 days of delivery. For non-quality returns, customers pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. For quality-related returns, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we provide a return shipping label and waive both charges. We do not offer exchanges; please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
