Refund policy

We accept returns for standard products within 14 days of delivery. Blind-box products are non-returnable.

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we accept quality-related returns and provide a return shipping label. Return shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee are waived for these returns.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
