How long does it take for product delivery?
Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. In-stock orders are processed in 2 business days and typically deliver in 3–5 business days after shipment. Backorders take about 2–3 weeks. How do I check my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you have trouble with tracking, please email us at help@elenahandbags.com
Are your products handmade?
Our crochet and straw bags are handmade. Stitching on components such as straps and linings is machine-sewn.
What materials are the bags made from?
Materials vary by product. Please contact us if you need clarification about a specific item before ordering.
What is your return policy?
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Blind-box products are non-returnable. For non-quality returns, customers pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we provide a return label and waive these fees. We do not offer exchanges; return an eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
